Returns, Exchanges, and Coupons

We strive to provide the highest quality items. If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact us by stopping in, calling 608.819.6693 or emailing info@fitchburgfarms.com. All returns and exchanges must have a proof of purchase. Proof of purchase can be with an original receipt (physical or e-receipt) or invoice. Returns will be given in form of original payment method unless noted.
Additional Product Specific Policies
Hard Goods (planters, décor, accessories, etc.)
Hard good items must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase. Items must be unused and damage free.
Annuals, Perennials, and Houseplants
Unless specified, all sales are final on these plant categories.
Trees & Shrubs
Tree and shrubs are warrantied for one (1) year from date of purchase. Warranty claim requires proof of purchase and proof of product concern. Once approved, warranty is given in the form of in-store credit.
Gift Cards
Treat gift cards as cash. It will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift cards are redeemable for merchandise only. Cards are redeemable at Fitchburg Farms LLC only. Gift cards are valid for two (2) years from date of purchase.
Clearance
All sales are final on clearance items.
Coupons
Any discounts, coupons, promotions or sale cannot be combined with any other coupons, sales, discounts, or promotions unless stated they can be stacked. Physical coupons are limited to one coupon per customer, per day.

One-Year, One-Time Guarantee Policy for Trees & Shrubs
At Fitchburg Farms, we take pride in providing healthy, high-quality trees and shrubs. To support your success in the garden, we offer a One-Year, One-Time Guarantee on select trees and shrubs purchased from us, under the following terms:
What’s Covered:
If a tree or shrub purchased from us dies within one year of purchase, we will issue store credit for the original purchase price, subject to the conditions below.
Policy Details:
Maximum of 3 Plants: We offer full credit on up to three (3) trees or shrubs per order.
Orders Over 3 Plants: For orders with more than 3 qualifying plants, you will receive 50% credit on any additional trees or shrubs beyond the first 3.
Orders Exceeding 10 Plants: We do not provide credit for losses beyond 10 plants per order, as such losses are typically due to planting, location, or care issues outside of our control.
In-Ground Only: This guarantee only applies to trees and shrubs that are planted directly in the ground. Plants kept in containers or pots are not covered under this policy.
How to Qualify for Credit:
To receive credit, customers must:
Present the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Bring in a photo of the dead plant(s) clearly showing condition and placement.
Bringing in the dead plant is preferred, if possible.
Provide information about planting conditions and care practices to help us evaluate the issue and offer guidance for future success.
Not Covered:
Plants that fail due to neglect, improper planting, overwatering, underwatering, or environmental damage (e.g., storm, drought, animal damage).
Annuals, perennials, houseplants, or plants in containers.
Clearance or discounted final-sale items marked as non-refundable.
