Why Participate?

Joining our fundraiser is simple and rewarding. Here's how it works:

  • Variety of Products: Your group can sell an assortment of fall plants and decorations, perfect for the season.

  • 15% Earnings: Your group will earn 15% of all sales made through your unique online order form.

  • No Extra Fees: Fitchburg Farms will handle the remittance of sales tax and card processing fees, ensuring a seamless experience for you.

  • Digital Sales: All sales are conducted digitally through a unique website order form provided to your group. Sales updates are available upon request!

  • Quick Setup: Your custom website will typically be provided within 72 hours of your organization confirming dates. From there, you can begin fundraising when you’re ready. All orders must be submitted by the order due date.

  • Order Pickup: Your group can choose your preferred order pickup method. We offer two options:

    • Supporter Pickup: Supporters pick up their orders from Fitchburg Farms on their selected pickup date. No need to coordinate a time that works for everyone! Groups may volunteer to provide additional pickup dates for supporters.

    • Central Pickup: Organizations may pick up all purchased and take them to a centralized location. Before pickup, we will have orders pulled so you can easily grab. Groups will be responsible for bringing a truck, multiple cars, trailer, etc. to pick up the items. We do have a loading dock available if you rent a truck with a liftgate. We will provide duplicate order confirmations to organizers for order sorting.

  • Delivery: Delivery or alternate arrangements may be available to large fundraising groups.

FAQ

  • We offer Spring/Summer, Fall and Winter* fundraisers.

    *Availability may vary based on seasonal business.

  • We do! You can join our list by completing the form below.

  • Organizations will receive 15% of all sales from your fundraising efforts.

  • Nope! We have no minimums (dollar or item). You’ll receive 15% whether you raise $100 or $10,000.

  • Our ordering process has transitioned to online only. We will handle the processing of all payments on your behalf!

  • Nope! We will handle remitting applicable sales tax to the state.
