We strive to provide the highest quality items. If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact us by stopping in, calling 608.819.6693 or emailing info@fitchburgfarms.com. We cannot accept returns or exchanges that fall outside of the specifics below. All returns and exchanges must have a proof of purchase. Proof of purchase can be with an original receipt (physical or e-receipt) or invoice. Returns will be given in form of original payment method unless noted below.

Product Specific Policies

Houseplants
Houseplants must be returned within 24 hours of purchase.

Hard Goods (planters, décor, accessories, etc.)
Hard good items must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase. Items must be unused and damage free.

Annuals
Unless specified, all sales are final on annuals.

Perennials
Perennials are warranted one (1) year from date of purchase. Warranty claim requires proof of purchase and proof of product concern. Once approved, warranty is given in the form of in-store credit. 

Trees & Shrubs
Tree and shrubs are warrantied for one (1) year from date of purchase. Warranty claim requires proof of purchase and proof of product concern. Once approved, warranty is given in the form of in-store credit. 

Gift Cards
Treat gift cards as cash. It will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift cards are redeemable for merchandise only. Cards are redeemable at Fitchburg Farms LLC only. Gift cards are valid for two (2) years from date of purchase.

Clearance
All sales are final on clearance items.
